How do I update my listing?
Your listing is automatically updated every day from your website. If you need to correct something immediately, contact us at hello@projectkids.io with the details and we'll update it within 48 hours.
Is this really free?
Yes, completely free. We don't charge camps for listings, placement, or any other service. ProjectKidsCamp is funded independently and will never charge camp providers.
How is data collected?
We use an automated scraper that visits your public website daily and extracts session dates, costs, age ranges, schedules, and enrollment status. We use AI-assisted extraction to ensure accuracy, and every data point is cross-checked for consistency.
Can I remove my camp from the directory?
Yes. Email hello@projectkids.io and we'll remove your listing promptly. However, most camps benefit from the additional visibility — parents discover camps through our directory that they wouldn't find otherwise.
Do you rank camps or accept sponsored placements?
No. All camps are treated equally. Search results are determined entirely by the parent's filters (age, activity, dates, cost). We don't accept money to rank one camp above another.
How does the badge work?
The badge is a small image you can add to your website that links back to ProjectKidsCamp. It shows parents that your camp information is available on our directory, and it helps more families discover the platform. Just copy the embed code below and paste it into your website's HTML.
