Who we are
ProjectKidsCamp is operated by PurviewX LLC. We help parents in Portland, Denver, and Houston find and plan summer camps for their children. Our website is projectkids.io.
What we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to provide our service:
- Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
- Family information: Children's names, ages, and activity interests that you provide in the planner. This is used solely to match camps.
- Email signup: If you sign up for alerts, we store your email and city of interest.
- Usage data: Pages visited, camps viewed, and searches performed. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated, anonymous traffic data.
- Home address: If you save a family address in your account, we store the address and geocoded latitude/longitude so we can show approximate distance to camps. We do not share that address with camp operators.
How we use your data
- To show you camps that match your children's ages and interests
- To save your favorites and summer plans
- To send registration alerts and city launch notifications (only if you opt in)
- To improve our camp data and search results
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely in Google Cloud (BigQuery) within the United States. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Our hosting provider is Vercel.

- Vercel: Website hosting and analytics
- Google Cloud: Data storage (BigQuery)
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
- OpenStreetMap Nominatim: Address lookup and geocoding for optional location features
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We use Vercel Analytics which collects anonymous, aggregated data without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Your rights
You can:
- Access your data by logging into your account
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email
- Request a copy of your data by emailing us
Children's privacy
ProjectKidsCamp is a tool for parents. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. All family data is entered and managed by the parent account holder.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
