At Growing Gardens' Youth Grow Summer Internship, high school students get their hands dirty and learn to lead. This paid internship provides teens with practical gardening experience while teaching them about local food systems and sustainability. Interns develop leadership skills by mentoring younger students and helping to build a healthier, more equitable community through food.
