THE BALLET INTENSIVE - Week 7: July 20-24 (Ages 5-36)

THE BALLET INTENSIVE - Week 7: July 20-24 (Ages 68-99)
Campers will explore expressive movement and storytelling through ballet this week, incorporating improvisation and partner work to enhance connection and creativity. Classes will include gentle conditioning exercises designed to improve posture and joint mobility.
